I have been the cellular business for 15 years. I owned my own agent store selling for another carrier.Every carrier has their own faults, BUT customers have NO idea what agents go through. When you sign up on a 1 or 2 yr contract you can upgrade mid-term. It is not the carriers fault if your phone does not hold up the entire 2 yrs. Do you know how much abuse is done to these phones and customers come back for another and expect to get it cheap. That is why carriers offer insurance AND you have a 1 year warranty. If your razr is screwed up then call Motorola. It is not the carriers fault. Treat your phones in a respectable manner and I guarantee it will last until your upgrade. I had the same razr for 4 yrs. I am not hard on a phone, I take insurance and I know that if I do something to make a phone not work it is my fault. It was CUSTOMERS who made me realize that I needed to go home or have a nervous breakdown. I have heard and seen it all and when I was getting fed up is when I realized I was burnt out. My gosh people you have a brain, USE it.

i am very upset with t mobil making me sign a contract for 2 years and after on year none of the phones work i think that razor phones have had alot of problems and now they want me to buy another phone after spending nearly 400.00 dollars i have been a long time customer of tmobil i will terminate my contract with them as soon as this contract is finished i do not understand why i must sign a contract for 2 years not one
